Stacey is the Head Coach at Bracknell Ice Rink. She started her skating career at Bracknell, in which time she attained her inter gold level, which enabled her to take part in the British Championships. Stacey has also competed in National and International competitions. She has been teaching at Bracknell since 2003 and enjoys developing and challenging students to be the best they can be.
She has coached students that have succeeded to medal at national competitions and the British Championships.
Stacey loves to inspire all ages and all standards and has a real passion for ice skating.
Aleksandr began coaching at Bracknell in 2013, shortly after retiring from competitive skating.
He is a National and International Member of the Lithuanian Skating Federation and was a candidate for the Olympic team.
In singles Aleksandr was national and international champion representing Lithuania from 1999 to 2007. He was a Gold and Silver medallist in numerous competitions.
In 2007 he moved to the USA and began training in Ice Dance. He was coached by Ivor Shpiland and Marina Zoueva.
During his ice dance career, he competed in the ISU Junior Grand Prix Circuit and both Junior World & World Championships. He was Lithuanian Junior Champion 5 times.
Alex has been teaching in Bracknell since 1996. He is a distinguished coach of Belarus Master of Sports of the USSR, NISA Senior Level 4 Coach and BITA Master Coach. He holds a degree in physical culture and sport education. Alex is the former ice skating champion of Belarus.
From 1976 to 1986 Alex taught Natalia Mishkutionok, the former Belorussian free skating champion, who later became two-time European Gold medallist, two-time World Champion Gold medallist and Olympic pairs Gold medallist with Arthur Dimitriev.
He also taught Tammy Sear, the Senior British Champion from 1996 to 1999.
Anthony has been skating since the age of four.
He has worked with many well-respected coaches internationally and has competed against Britain’s best skaters.
He specializes in Free Skating and is now coaching full time to raise the next generation of skaters.
Bethany started skating at the age of seven and has trained in Bracknell for the majority of her skating years after enrolling on the Learn to Skate courses. She is both an Ice Dance and a Free skater, she is three times British champion at Solo Ice Dance having held the Advanced Novice, Junior and Senior titles in consecutive years.
Now as a coach Bethany wants to help pupils achieve their potential whilst having fun skating!
Charlotte has been skating since the age of 6 and trained in Bracknell for most of her career. She competed and medalled in many British championships, both individually and as part of a couple. She went on to compete internationally in senior ice dance representing Great Britain as part of Team GB, until retiring from competing in 2013.
Charlotte is both a high level free skater and ice dancer but specialises in ice dance and now coaches this here in Bracknell.
Chloe is a recently qualified coach and has been working at Bracknell Ice Rink for the past year teaching Private Lessons and Learn to Skate courses. Having skated at Bracknell for the last 15 years, Chloe enjoys being part of the team and taking part in the yearly Pantomime.
Chloe graduated with a degree in Graphic Design in 2017; continuing to skate throughout her studies, she now balances her coaching with design work.
David is a Level 4/Gold dance test, competitive coach. International gold medallist, 4 times competitor at National Championships & a former member of the British Olympic squad.
He has coached at Senior European and World Championships & Junior world Championships for Great Britain (in 2 different disciplines).
Coach to the Belgium and Flemish senior National Champions and was International team leader for 2 seasons. Coach to multiple British Champions/Medallists, International gold medallists, & numerous GB National squad/team members.
David has an unbroken track record with his skaters of 28 years continuous Championship and International medallists. He has performed in numerous pantomimes & shows.
Gary is a Level 3 performance coach with over 30 years of experience teaching both free skating and dance. He has had competitors who have placed at the Novice, Junior & Senior British Championships in solo dance & free.
He takes pleasure in coaching beginners, seeing them into competitive skaters. Gary also has a passion for teaching adults who would like to get back into skating or simply who want to try a new sport.
Hannah is a home-grown Bracknell skater and has been teaching at the rink since 2012. She specialises in ice dance but has also taught both free style and the rink’s synchronised skating teams up to National championship standard.
Hannah not only loves to work with ambitious skaters with competitive dreams, but also likes working with those who just enjoy being on the ice and wish to master the basics and learn-to-skate at their own steady pace… from very young pre-schoolers to the young at heart!
Justin has been skating for many years. He has won many gold, silver and bronze medals in national competition. Justin is very popular for his entertainment value, especially his artistic programmes including the Artful Dogder and Carmen Miranda plus many more.
Justin is also facilitating off-ice training involving keep fit, spins, jumps and Drama to help pupil’s express themselves.
Louise is a NISA Gold Dance and Level 2 coach with over 30 professional years experience. She has performed in Holiday on Ice and featured in TV adverts. She coaches skaters of all ages and abilities from those taking their first steps on ice to those competing at national level and performing in ice shows around the world.
She has a love of ice skating, inspiring confidence while teaching technique, enabling skaters to make progress and most importantly – have fun.
Lucine is a highly motivated Level 4/Gold dance test, competitive ice dance coach & choreographer. Competed at European & World Championships. Holds 4 Championship titles & International gold medals. Formerly, 3 x member of the British Olympic squad, 2 x member of the Belgium World & international team. Member of Team Britannia. Qualified Pilates instructor with an NVQ in anatomy and physiology.
Trained at: Royal Academy of Dance, Ballet Rambert & Arts Educational theatre school with numerous theatre arts qualifications.
Performed in ice pantomimes, Theatre & Television. Coach to GB International Ice Dance competitors and Gold medallists, multiple British Champions/medallists with a 21-year unbroken track record, numerous British squad/team members.
Coached at Junior world championships/Grand Prix. Attended many International training camps.
Natasha has been teaching at Bracknell Ice Rink for 10 years, having joined the team following a 4-year world tour performing in the hit show Hollywood by Holiday on Ice. An accomplished Gold level ice dancer, Natasha loves teaching students of all ages and has produced British solo dance champions and adult solo and couples dance champions during her career.
She has recently taken over coaching Bracknell’s adult synchro team, which is fast becoming her new passion. Natasha is a talented choreographer who enjoys creating innovative routines for the team.
Young Peter was given the opportunity to train with Maria McLean and later with Henrik Walentin. Skating with high level skaters and excellent coaching, he went on to win his first silver medal at Junior level at the Danish Championships. Peter spent a lot of time training in Sweden with Andrea Dohany and in Czech Republic with the Danish National Coach. He finished his competitive career winning the Danish Championships three times.
Alongside his competitive skating career, he started his coaching education in 1998 and then started skating professionally. He spent several years traveling the world skating in a variety of shows and TV productions with Holiday on Ice.
Peter returned to Denmark to be a full-time coach and to finish his education in the ISU’s development program. Peter had several national medal winners and international competitors among his skaters.
In 2012 he moved to the UK to continue working with high level competitive skaters.
Sophie has been skating most of her life and has always trained at Bracknell.
She has competed and medalled in both national and international competitions including winning the Scottish Championships.
Sophie began free skating to help with her co-ordination due to Dyspraxia before taking up Solo Ice Dance and even participating in Synchro Skating. She has also been in many of the annual pantomimes.
Sophie loves coaching and wants to encourage the skate for all attitude.
Wendy has attained her inter-gold level. Furthermore, she has also participated in numerous national and international competitions, ice shows and pantomimes.
